This company has blocked our alley repeatedly since they started this job, using it as their own parking lot. They are not simply loading, unloading or doing something like pouring concrete that requires them to be there. They have been asked to move. The police have already been out three times and told them they cannot block egress to the alleyway. They have only battled and argued and not moved.
