We bought a fixer-upper in Bluffton last year and the roof was one of our biggest concerns. Dylan came out, walked us through everything that needed attention, and didn't try to upsell us on a full replacement when repairs would do the job. That honesty earned our trust. When we do need a new roof down the line, we're calling them first.
We went with a tile roof for our place in Sun City and couldn't be happier. Dylan explained the pros and cons compared to shingles, he never pressured us, and let us make the decision. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up every day before they left. Should've done this years ago
