Love this meat market. Everyone is amazing and everyone is super helpful. Timothy helped out on choosing choices of meats and what is best for certain cooks. The prices are super reasonable and the meats always taste fresh .
I asked for beef for burgers and was recommended 90/10 ground sirloin. After getting home, I found that 80/20 is generally the better choice for juicy burgers. It felt like I was steered toward the 90/10 because they had the most of it on hand rather than what was actually best for what I was making. Disappointing.
