Based on positive reviews, hired Tillman's to inspect and then cure defects in a newly installed unit by a different HVAC company. Because Tillman's is an authorized "Pro" dealer/service company for the manufacturer we wrongly thought Tillman's was capable and qualified to fix problems with the poorly installed new unit.
