Our encounter with Tillman Construction has been a horrible nightmare. Initially, we were pleased because he dramatically undercut other bids for providing a new roof. This should have been a warning for us. Now, after 3 ½ weeks, we have an incomplete roof, shoddily installed, and old tiles and nails scattered over the yard.
