This was a lovely little place. The owners were super nice and incredibly helpful. If you’re touring Gettysburg, you should definitely stay here.
The website advertised TV in every room...they told me that theirs were broken. When I made a reservation months ago it advertised a bedroom on main floor and I was told I could have that since my husband uses s cane. They said not true. Their website lied. BTW trash cans are not amenities! No wonder price was reasonable.
Our stay was ok. You can’t control your own AC in your room, so you get hot at night. Breakfast was small, not many offerings. Cleanlieness could use some work. Our room had someone’s toenail clippings on the ground as well as the end of a burnt cigarette found near the bed. Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. Overall not a terrible stay but I wouldn’t come back, there’s so many hotels to choose from around here that are clean and the same price.
