Excellent service from Tilges. Both Brian and Craig were patient and clear in explaining my knee brace mechanics and Craig did an excellent job of demonstrating how he fit the brace to my knee, how to put it on and take it off, and how to adjust it. So helpful! I will add that the administrative staff at the desk is both friendly and gracious. I highly recommend Tilges in Woodbury.
I saw Aaron for my custom orthotics & he was absolutely fantastic. He took his time to assess, measure & answer any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable & appears very competent, which made me feel like I was in great hands.
I’ve been around to a few companies to get my orthotic and prosthetics before, but when I got with Tilgres, they took care of me from the first time I made my appointment they were with me through every step. They explained everything they were up-to-date on the nearest Nick technologies used to help my life and for me to have a better quality of life at work and in personal life, I got my Materials shortly after my appointment.
