Tilley properties was great/easy to work with and rent from. I would recommend to anyone.
Tilley properties provides affordable rent especially if you are a student! The house was in good condition and if there was ever an issue maintenance was easy to contact and they were quick to fix the problem! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to live!
Renting from Tilley was super affordable, which was perfect for us as students, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. The place was well-kept, and Tilley/ Maintenance were always easy to get in touch with. 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store & 10 minute walk from downtown, couldn’t have asked for a better house for our senior year!

I was a long time 5+ years with Tilley Properties. During my stay, Mrs. Tilley demonstrated that she cared about her tenants, was always available when I had an issue, and was quick to fix maintenance issues. I would likely recommend Mrs. Tilley as she is one who cares and respects tenants.
