We just had a furnace issue in which we had to replace our furnace blower motor and replaced my thermostat. Betty, the scheduler, and Kohl, the technician, were very helpful with this and got my furnace up in running in no time. After H L Bowman left me high and dry, I will defiantly go with Tillett for my Central Air and Furnace Preventive Maintenance needs! Thank you Tillett!
When my try-to-fix-it-first attitude gave out, I called Tillet on a recommendation. So glad I did. Jeff came out with a smile on his face to fix the geyser of a sewer issue. Everyone at Tillet is so helpful and friendly. Something about hearing a caring voice when you're standing in the freezing cold covered with sprays of sewer praying for a rescue. Definitely going to call them again! Can't say thank you enough!
Thank you so much for getting my A/C unit up and running again! Roy was quick and efficient, and explained everything to me so I would understand what the problem was.
