So I was scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks out & put on a cancellation list in case someone cancels, I can get in faster. Obviously this system sends a red flag yo a 3rd party that automatically calls patients that’s on that list. So someone calls me from the 3rd agency and make me an apt for the dental clinic that’s affiliated with this one for the next day at 11:20am. Get there and guess what? No apt! I changed to Tillery Dental after I changed dental coverage since it was closer which pays 100% on cleaning (United Concordia). First time we all show up they said all new patients gets a free cleaning but they said since that wasn’t needed that we could get a whitening tray for $1 so I said sure. First bill came in with a large charge so I called and they said new software just ignore it and we’ll take care of it. Well that went on for several bills so I changed dentist.
