Her nurse Lisa is awesome, the entire team have gone above and beyond maintaining her dignity. She looks forward to her calls, visits and cards from the staff. Thank you all for everything you do! My family was well cared for, I never felt that my concerns were not heard and always received the best care for our Mom. 100% positive experience from beginning to end. My 98 y/o dad has only been a patient of TCC for 5 weeks. He’s a resident of Spring Arbor. Since coming under the care of TCC/Hospice the quality of his life has improved 10 fold. Every person involved in his care has shown over the top care, compassion and support. They are so committed to keeping him comfortable and happy. My regret is that I didn’t contact TCC sooner! I’m so grateful. Thank you!

The care my mother received while in both palliative then hospice care was phenomenal. Sam was our hospice nurse and she was like family. Chrystal was her aide and no one could have given better care than these two. Social workers, clergy, grief counselors were top notch. I hope this group never changes. They were perfect and showed compassion and also cared about how the family was dealing with the grief before death.

All the reservations you have are going to be realized when you use this business to care for your loved one, but it will be done with kind people, so you will seem crazy for thinking the worst. The one star is for the kind acts, the 4 negative stars is for the rest of the experience and you know that that is shameful and ungodly.
