Not happy with them
We traveled over 3 hours to trade in our truck and purchase a new vehicle BECAUSE of the customer service here. We could have purchased the new vehicle at any of our local Chevrolet dealerships, but Ariana's customer service was outstanding. Our local dealerships didn't call us call us back or reply to questions we had. When they finally did contact us, they were very pushy. FYI Yes everything's going to be great when buying a brand new vehicle. Michael was wonderful, no pressure. If you're looking for a used vehicle personality changes fast...again not for Michael...however the Owner doesn't care if a vehicle ever had transmission fluid changed. Not going to purchase a vehicle that has never had transmission fluid changed and it has 106,000 Miles. They stated that they would only change it if I bought the vehicle.
