I had a great experience with Donna at GMC Tillery.
Always great care from Rudy and the staff. Even when I had to just pull in one day and leave the car, Rudy was so accommodating! Always has a smile. Most times my service is done sooner than expected. If I have a problem, it's Always addressed respectfully and corrected.
My experience with the Service Department Team was super great today. Rudy, Service Manager, April, Service Assistant/Receptionist and Richard, Mechanic, worked seamlessly to get my car fixed in a timely and professional manner. A++ Service from David and the entire team at Tillery!!! I had my eye on a brand new truck which was to be delivered to the dealership in 3 months. To my surprise, the truck came in within weeks and David called me the second it arrived. Happy to say, I am now the new owner of a great truck. Entire process was seamless.
