Came in because we were local. Spoke to salesman John who showed us a 2026 Terrain. We went home and did more research before coming back and purchasing it. Got more than expected for our trade. Justin during signing didn’t push when we declined extras. Everything was broken down great. It was nice not being pressured to buy certain things or have a four square pushed. Any questions we had during the process were answered. 10/10 would recommend.
Fantastic experience! We felt right at home and so cared for at Tillery Chevrolet. Micheal Teel and the team treated us like family. They went above and beyond in customer service and we especially loved the worship music playing in the background while we were there. Worst dealership in the country took a new gm truck to get a service and they let the truck sit in the bay for an hour and put a micro gard filter on it but didn’t change the oil and didn’t even put a new sticker in the window then after multiple times of us telling them there is a free service from gm they still tried to charge us and was really rude about it we noticed the oil life on the truck was 80% after 1000 miles so I pulled the dipstick and it was black like it hadn’t been changed so we called and Rudy the service w... read more
I had a great experience at Tillery GMC! Donna was amazing—she was very helpful, made the whole process quick and easy, and helped me get into my new vehicle without any stress. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming as well. 100% recommended! I highly recommend asking for Donna if you’re looking for a new car!
