I was scheduled for an appointment for a simple thermostat replacement on March 7, 2026 and had to wait several weeks for the appointment on March 24, 2026. I dropped off my vehicle on March 24, 2026 before 9:00 am. I was told by Rudy that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day if not by early the next business day. I contacted tillery gmc to inquire about a 2018 ram 3500 and was contacted by terry to ask when I could come see the truck and ask for Claude he's the sales manager so me and the family drove the 30 miles to go see the truck.
