So my mother-in-law Tucker Dodge ram 3500 in there to get the clutch replaced so that the u-joint was out on the front driveline and did not call to get permission and then try to charge you $1,000 to fix it and she has bought two brand new vehicles from them in less than a year and this is how they treat their customers I typically buy from tilleman but I don't know if I will ever again
What an experience! We had a GM transmission failure in Canada on our way to the lower 48. We nursed it into Montana and found our way to Tilleman Motors. Sam in service did not hesitate to get us in and diagnose us the minute we arrived. He Confirmed the failure. GM cannot or rather will not get us the parts, although we are 3,000 miles from home.
