Lack of compassion and just basic human decency. Do not go here. They want to charge for mistakes they do. My dog went in for his vaccines and left with a huge lump. Dr wanted to keep charging to see him for the lump they left. Dr said he wasn't going to treat my pup and it was brought out like he had the plague. The woman had her arms far out holding under his arms where he has the harmful lump. DONT GO HERE
Dr. Tillema has taken care of my horse, my 2 small dogs and 2 cats. The trust I have in him is immeasurable. He truly cares about them. I love that he listens. He is up to date on all the latest treatments. His staff is always kind with the animals and with me. It took many trips to many vets before I found Dr. T, and I trust no one else.
