The staff is beyond amazing. I had to recently put down my pup, and they were supportive and kind and just wonderful through the tuff process. They have always been there when we needed care and gave great service. We will continue to use their clinic for all our pet needs.
The entire staff and extended support (reps and the like) have been amazing. My dog had an adverse reaction to something and I had to bring her in to help with her pain/itching-turned bleeding from excessive scratching. Everyone seemed to be involved, calling drug manufacturers (who also took immediate measures to correct the problem), the manufacturers rep, everyone at the office - making regular calls to check up on us. They are the BEST!!! If I wrote down EVERYTHING they have done for me & my cats, it would be like writing a book! One example, a few years back, one of my cats "Baby" She was diagnosed with cancer. They were right there for Baby! (& me) Got her set right up to go to out of town for radiation treatments. Baby survived!! There are no words to thanks them for ALL they have done throughout the years.They are OUTSTANDING!!!

While we were on a family vacation our Puggle was hit by a car and suffered a severe leg laceration. With just a phone call, they got us in on an emergency basis and performed surgery. The entire staff was so caring and Dr. Henkle was just wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them!
I came in yesterday with my Chiweenie, Mylo, He came in with a pinched nerve and bad hip pain. And even tho my lil guy was being an agressive asshole while trying to get him muzzled for x-rays the doctor was so patient and kind. For being 8-9 months pregnant i was very impressed how understanding she was! After we got home and after mylo had rested for an hour or 2 which was after giving him the medicines prescribed he started to jump on our recliners and acting like him old self!
