Very bad service at reception, I called many times to get an answer about something and I never got an answer, they just kept transferring me with someone, who by the way that person never answers either! It's stressful to have to depend on these people Bad service people don’t care
I used to go to Holly at the counseling center in Rockaway and she was great but she had to go on maternity leave and is now leaving. I tried a new lady and she was horrible. Not enough counselors so you don’t get many choices and they don’t have time for you. I was treated like my problems were an annoyance and when I did get to talk the therapist talked about herself. I didn’t get the help I needed here it is sad to say because I have been with them for a long time . I can’t speak for everyone that works here but I do share some experiences that the reviews say for example gaslighting and assumptions of things and how some of the people here aren’t even qualified for things I went in for ☹️ I wish my experience could have been more positive with them.
Too many clients, so few therapist. Appointments few and far between. Help they never gave... so sad 😔 The office help are horrible home wreckers.
