I love Dr. Tilghman and his staff. I’m always welcomed with beautiful smiles. The two locations are a bonus for me. I can go after work in Salisbury or go before work in my hometown of Berlin. I am still progressing through treatment with Tilghman Orthodontics and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I recommend this office to everyone.

Always a friendly atmosphere. The staff at the front desk and in the back are always so patient and ready to help. Dr. Tilghman is a perfectionist and you are guaranteed a beautiful smile in the end. I cant say enough good stuff. Their whole team is awesom! A+++

Today was our very first visit and they were great! Introduced us to everyone in the office with a full tour. Dr. Tilghman took the time to explain everything and show us why braces were necessary. She even had them put on today so we could get everything started!
