This is a downright ridiculous business. I needed a molar extraction, and an appointment was made 10 days later. So I showed up, waited about 45 minutes, and then told it was only a "consultation"--which took about 1 minute and told me nothing I didn't already know. Then they booked me for the actual extraction 1 month later--an entire month! Needless to say, I canceled and got my problem tooth extracted by another oral surgeon in less than 24 hours. If I could write two reviews, I would. I'll say that the care received here is always top notch. The care team is kind and lovely. But my one-star review is due to my recent billing experience and is absolutely deserving. Here's what happened: I had oral surgery. I recently received a bill for $2500 (rounded) once all the insurance payments were in. But the detail and the total didn't tie out.
