It's been a few years since the demo and installation of granite in our house, and I am still smile when I see my counters. The service was on time and the work was excellent. They somehow were able to avoid the ugliest part of the slab and use the best looking parts. There have been no problems. Counters are level and there are no cracks. My hint is to choose a slab pattern that hides stains and spills. I highly recommend Tiles Warehouse in Concord!
Terrible customer service, unhelpful and rude. Not interested in my business, with so many tile stores in the area take your pick but don’t bother coming into this store unless you want to be dismissed as unimportant if your job is not perceived as being large enough to be worth their time.
Strange service. The counter person was more interested in asking me about my mask, saying, “There is no such thing as covid. The CDC said so.” I promptly left without looking at any tile.
We needed tiling of the front porch entry to our home. Steven was very welcoming and has a great product selection and led us to easily select our tiles. The price was very reasonable compared to others and his installation team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and did an expert job--true craftsmen!!
This is the worst business ever ran by man Steven has no clue what he is doing please don't waste your time and money here
