I recently renovated my bathroom. I went to many tile places and Tiles Up has a very large selection in tile. The owners are a pleasure to work with. They are very courteous, kind, patient and professional. Rasha is very knowledgable and helpful not only with tile selection, but with bathroom alignment and layout. The pricing was fair and they beat the previous quote I received. She made the vision I had a reality and I am grateful for her services. I had the best experience with Tiles Up and highly recommend.
Outstanding place to get high end finishes are fine value. The husband and wife team (Kamal and Rasha) are professional and caring. They are honest and have a discrerning eye and elevated taste. Thank you for helping me create my dream home. Highly recommend
I am an Interior Designer, and I have been going to Tiles Up for years with my clients. They have been very satisfied with the quality of the products sold there. Roshaa is amazing with her knowledge and helpful attitude. She will help you complete any project from start to finish, quickly and within your budget. Tiles Up prices are unbeatable compared to other Tile stores on Long Island. Here are some pictures of one of the kitchens I completed using the cabinets, backsplash, countertop and sink purchased from Tiles Up.
I would not recommend this company. They were unprofessional and did a lot of damage to my home . As they were working on my bathroom they caused flooding that went through the ceiling into my dining room. They also caused similar damage on my main floor that damaged my basement ceiling. Their tile work did not hold up and tiles were falling off the wall. When they broke up the existing tile , in my kitchen, they broke a line in my radiant flooring .
