We were lucky enough to happen upon Tiles Up in Melville one afternoon. We were on a frantic search for the perfect backsplash tile, accent tiles and flooring to update our tired kitchen. We visited many stores before Tiles Up and absolutely nothing got us excited about the project...until we met Rasha and Kamal the lovely owners of Tiles Up! Edit after owner replied: fake review? We came to the door and I tried to open it and it was locked, store is dark inside! If you have a camera in front, check your camera! Bad service if you call this a fake review and your store is not open when it should be. No phone number on Google map nor when I checked your website, no phone and the only way was to fill out a form! Came today (Sat) at 11:13am and the door is locked. Please change the time of when it's open. It shows open at 11-5 and I drove 30 mins to get here.
We are just completing our kitchen renovation and the experience, though not without issue (not unexpected in an older home), resulted in a beautiful outcome. The team of contractors, Jesus and with his team at Mata Brothers, was able to coordinate with Rasha and get all of the details in order.
