Edit after owner replied: fake review? We came to the door and I tried to open it and it was locked, store is dark inside! If you have a camera in front, check your camera! Bad service if you call this a fake review and your store is not open when it should be. No phone number on Google map nor when I checked your website, no phone and the only way was to fill out a form! Came today (Sat) at 11:13am and the door is locked. Please change the time of when it's open. It shows open at 11-5 and I drove 30 mins to get here.
We are just completing our kitchen renovation and the experience, though not without issue (not unexpected in an older home), resulted in a beautiful outcome. I recently renovated my bathroom. I went to many tile places and Tiles Up has a very large selection in tile. The owners are a pleasure to work with. They are very courteous, kind, patient and professional. Rasha is very knowledgable and helpful not only with tile selection, but with bathroom alignment and layout. The pricing was fair and they beat the previous quote I received. She made the vision I had a reality and I am grateful for her services. I had the best experience with Tiles Up and highly recommend.
