James did such an incredible job installing Saltillo floor tiles in my 100 year old house. My floors were uneven and there was a lot to repair to get the job done. He even installed a door for me as well. He is a true artisan and I can’t believe how beautiful my home looks. I am very particular and he listened to my wants/needs throughout the process. I really appreciate working with him and can’t wait to hire him for the next project.

We contacted James at Tiles Unlimited for a quote on refreshing our primary bathroom and a small bathroom. He initially quoted $12,000 for both, which included his plumber and an estimated three weeks of work. He knew the scope upfront, roughly 500 square feet of tile covering floors and shower walls, and we had already sent pictures. He stopped by the same day to look at the job in person. James, the owner of Tiles Unlimited, and his crew did a fantastic job for us on some major renovations at our apartment complex. We live out of state and didn’t have time to meet with a new contractor in person, so we researched a lot of companies before trusting Tiles Unlimited to do this long-distance job. James and his team were awesome. They finished a job that a previous contractor started and botched. They took their time - had lots of patience for my hovering and ultimately produced a beautiful product. Even after moving a 350lb tub James continued to ask what else he can get done. Will be hiring again in the future. High quality work and trustworthy contractors are hard to come by but these guys have it all.
