Absolutely the best place to go for tiles. We had purchased via email communication from here through Stacy in early 2025, and she remembered the transaction a year later when we came in person for our next renovation. Incredible! Coming in person is the way to go though. An immaculately clean showroom with tons of options. Literally every drawer, every inch of space is filled with choices. Incredible tile selection. We recently renovated our bathrooms and purchased all of our tile and grout from Tiles Unlimited. The team was so helpful in our selection and the tile looks stunning in our bathrooms. We went back a year later when we had another bathroom to renovate!
The woman at the front desk was amazing!! That's what customer service should be like everywhere!!!
