i spotted roaches in the children's area of their store which immediately turned me off from purchasing my tiles there. as we walked to leave i overheard a lot of non-professional conversations about women's bodies and f**** i won't share the details but it was very off-putting to hear something like that in a storeroom. i would refer any friends or colleagues to a different store
It is a Thursday afternoon at 2:15. Just spent at least 10 minutes in the store and not a soul acknowledged my presence..... will not return....

This place is excellent. Unbelievable selection and knowledgeable staff. We were short a few tiles on a job and they ran them over to our house when we were stuck at work. Highly recommend!

As a designer I need bring my clients to experts in their products. There is no sense of finding a source that has "everything" and then having to look at "everything yourself." Tiles Plus More has a great team. Each of them can quickly guide us to exactly what we need. Notice I did not say "to what we had in mind", since that would limit us! Awesome store, so much to choose from and look at. Super friendly people and owned by a great family. Julie helped us pick out the perfect floor tile to pair with our new counter tops. I will never go anywhere else but here. Highly recommend it.
