Great selection, but poor customer service. I have 3000 foot home. I am remodeling a kitchen and 4 bathrooms. As someone in sales/marketing for over 15 years I am shocked that the staff rather finish estimates than prioritize getting another order. I explained I needed tile asap and I want to begin these projects, maybe they thought I was kidding! When it came time to get samples I was told I could take pictures..
