I am so grateful for Laurie's guidance through my bathroom renovation this Fall 2025. Her design and pricing support were invaluable. We needed more tiles, I made the call to Laurie on Monday morning and she was able to get them on the truck that week. There is no other company I would use based on the service, selection, incredible wisdom/experience of the team. Thank you Laurie, my bathroom is gorgeous!!
Could not say more nice things about this store. We went to them back in February for an upcoming bathroom remodel in search of floor and shower tile. We went back a few times, taking home various samples in the meantime to make sure the coloring worked for the space. Fast forward to October when the project got off the ground after some delays. Great selection, but poor customer service. I have 3000 foot home. I am remodeling a kitchen and 4 bathrooms. As someone in sales/marketing for over 15 years I am shocked that the staff rather finish estimates than prioritize getting another order. I explained I needed tile asap and I want to begin these projects, maybe they thought I was kidding! When it came time to get samples I was told I could take pictures..
