My experience with Tilemaster from start to finish was seamless. My husband and I were looking for flooring tiles for a large space. Essence helped us throughout our process and provided us with samples to take home. I wasn't sure of the tile finish and I was invited to the warehouse to see samples of both the matte and luxe finish of the 24x38 tile.
