Lots to choose from tile wise but prices are not cheep and the only accept returns I'd unopened and charge 20percent restock fee. So sales people know there suff others not so much.

I would like to express my high opinion of Tilemaster. I live in the States, so I expected my order to be a bit problematic, but the people I worked with (Ilyas, Mary Beth, Neelam) all made the process uncomplicated and doable. They were all very helpful, patient and kind during the entire process. I'm very impressed with this company. Not only is the staff easy to work with, but also the company is very organized and efficiently run. I highly recommend Tilemaster.

I went in looking for one tile to replace. Brought in a piece of my old sample. Right away the group started naming out potential matches of tiles. I was impressed. They helped me find a tile closest match. Im impressed with the teams knowledge and expertise. A very friendly crew! Thanks for the tile! Ian

I had a fantastic experience at Tilemaster Aurora. I was greeted immediately upon entering and helped by a wonderful staff member (I didn't catch the exact spelling of his name, but he was incredibly helpful!). He was very patient, took the time to address all my questions, and walked me through the showroom to find the specific tiles that matched my needs. It made the selection process much easier. Highly recommend coming here if you need expert advice and great service.
