I'm a tile contractor. For the last 20+ years, I've been buying supplies and working for customers who shop at Tile Co. They are very easy to work with, great at responding to add-ons or changes, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative about availability and delivery timelines. Quality materials and service. I highly recommend.
Great shop, on the higher end for prices. That said, it's where I foud most stuff for my last couple tile jobs. Nice showroom too
Less than 1 star! I was treated like garbage by the salesperson (Hispanic male in his 30's) & the store manager Rafael. I believe they are in a relationship and likely defended each other. I was courteous and professional and I was treated with absolute disdain, discourtesy and malice. And to think - the headquarters of this business is in Santa Barbara, my hometown.
