This is our second time hiring Eshed. For some reason, we always hire Eshed for projects that are not - supposedly - his core competencies and Eshed has never disappointed us! Our recent project was to re-do our deck. Tile & Stone Pro responded quickly to my call, giving me a reasonable estimate and a practical timeline. Eshed and his team showed up on time each day and completed a large exterior tile project on a commercial building with care for my tenants and their customers. They cleaned up perfectly and communicated very well with me about the progress and solving minor problems along the way. I would absolutely work with them gain.
If you are looking for a simple repair or a straightforward project, Eshed may be a great option. However, if you are looking for very utmost craft, precision (ie. 1/8" grout lines), working with curved tile shapes and expect a professional partnership throughout where there is no harassment and unsolicited comments beyond the scope of the agreed upon project, then this is not the small business for you. We were in the process of getting a new refrigerator, but an overhanging countertop limited our choice. We contacted Eshed about trimming the countertop. He is extremely skilled and easy to communicate with. Thanks to Eshed, we got the fridge we wanted. I will call him again for future projects.
