I recently called this business to inquire about tile work, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When the call was answered, the person simply said "hello" without any indication that I had reached a business. I mentioned that I was calling about tile work, and their only response was "OKAY?" in a very unprofessional tone. When I asked if this was a business, they hung up on me.
