I'm a third generation patron of this family-owned pharmacy and I will NEVER give my business to any other pharmacy as long as I'm living in WNY. I now live in Black Rock and I still drive out of my way to get my scripts filled at Tile. This is the very best pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Family-owned & operated, they really do treat every customer like their own family. They find the best prices for all medications, compound if necessary and even deliver~~~~old-time hospitality with up-to-date pharmaceutical knowledge. I pass MANY other (larger) pharmacies on my way to Tile Pharmacy because I love all of the above about this treasure on Cleveland Drive!
Damon If only you told the truth in this review . We bent over backwards for you in dealing you not only you but your adjustor as well . Your adjustor left you hanging . When we contacted your adjustor we were informed that the prescriber would not be covered . When this was finally resolved, and the prescription was filled and waiting for you We contacted you and informed you of this . You never came in to pick up the prescription. I'm just finishing a surgical procedure and have been having all sorts of issues receiving my prescription from Tile pharmacy. After contacting my lawyer as well as the no fault adjuster I found out it was Tile pharmacy holding the whole process up. Very unprofessional. I'd never recommend this pharmacy to family or friends
