Specifically, we paid Tile Magic for painting our roof and it has not held up to the warranty. We have an unacceptable amount of tile roof fading from work completed nearly 5 years by Tile Magic. After many attempts to contact Mark starting in March 2021 via texts, we either got a lack of response or no responses. Finally, Mark assessed our roof in April. We recently used Tile Magic to restore our roof and they did a great job. They arrived on time everyday, explained the process, and completed the job in a timely manner. We utilized one of their black paint colors that has a brown undertone called “Monument “ in case you like the color and use them to restore your roof.
