Our roof was looking pretty rough—the original terra cotta color had really faded. Luckily, the tiles were still in good shape and we didn’t have any leaks, so it was just a cosmetic fix. We found Rpainter online and, even though we saw a few mixed reviews, we decided to give them a shot. Glad we did! They were super punctual, professional, and even finished the job a day early. I've had a poor experience with this company's roof painting services. The paint come off prematurely now left with spots , and the company failed to uphold their warranty. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful, and I received no response. It's essential to carefully assess a company's reputation and warranty policies before engaging their services.
Specifically, we paid Tile Magic for painting our roof and it has not held up to the warranty. We have an unacceptable amount of tile roof fading from work completed nearly 5 years by Tile Magic. After many attempts to contact Mark starting in March 2021 via texts, we either got a lack of response or no responses. Finally, Mark assessed our roof in April.
