We had a very positive experience with Joseph. Surprised to read some of the negative reviews because they do not describe the experience we had with him. Found him on Angi's list, he reached out right away to schedule a consultation which he did in 2 business days. Was able to come and do the job just 2 days after the consultation. Extremely pleased with completed results. Knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would do and why. Excellent finished work, grout a perfect match, gave honest estimate and stayed within budget. Could not be more pleased.

I contacted Joseph about a quote for cleaning, repairing, and sealing my shower grout. When I called, he asked me to email him and that he would get back to me the next day. Several days passed, and I emailed a reminder to him. He apologized as it has included a holiday and he'd been off but would get back to me. He didn't. I reached out again in order to schedule the quote. He did come by to look at my shower, told me he could do the job, and that he'd email me the estimate in the next day or so. Contacted this company to install tile backsplash in my kitchen. The price was fair, the communication was easy and responsive, and the workmanship was good. I would use them again.

Joe, Kiki and the plumber used by Joe are heroes in my book! What I thought was a minor issue with my toilet coming loose from the tile in the bathroom turned out to be substantial. Turns out that a contractor I had used 15 years ago to remodel my bathroom did shoddy work which caused the subflooring and floors to rot from moisture over time.
