I bought all my tile, stone and grout to redo a Jack and Jill bathroom/shower at TileCraft. They sold me two bags of grout that were NOT THE SAME( the bags were purchased on two different days). The color and brand was correct, but one grout was sanded and the other Unsanded! The sanded grout they told me they do NOT sell, but somehow I got it!?! 😳 The grout came out discolored and a complete mess. I had a great experience with Tilecraft. I want to especially thank April and also the owner, Kyle, for all they did! We had some flooring that failed due to a manufacturer defect and was still under warranty but the manufacturer was not willing to warranty their product & replace it. So instead Tilecraft ended up replacing the flooring out of their pocket to make things right with us & I can't tell you how much I appreciate their efforts and willingness to do that!
