I had a great experience with Tilecraft. I want to especially thank April and also the owner, Kyle, for all they did! We had some flooring that failed due to a manufacturer defect and was still under warranty but the manufacturer was not willing to warranty their product & replace it. So instead Tilecraft ended up replacing the flooring out of their pocket to make things right with us & I can't tell you how much I appreciate their efforts and willingness to do that!
we went here to search for materials for our house remodel, including kitchen and three bathrooms. The selection of materials available is superb and I found that the interior designers at the front desk were knowledgeable and more than competent. We didn't get to pricing the jobs, but I will give each of these rooms to this business to quote Tile needs for each. Wonderful materials that make me drool with delight. And I sensed that the prices would be competitive here as well. VERY helpful staff.
Definitely would NOT recommend. One star is too much. Bought tile for a fireplace, which we prepaid for 100%. Fireplace gets done and we have 30% too much tile left over. Called to return and we're told they wouldn't take it back. We didn't estimate the amount of tile, we just provided a plan. The answer we got back was to donate the extra or sell it on FB Marketplace. Horrible customer service. Maybe this helps someone else not get taken by them.
