Can't ever get them to answer the phone. Installed tile that cracked and came up, and is still not fixed. Just want it removed and returned to the state in which you found us, don't want to pay you a dime more for new flooring. Miserable experience from start to finish. Carpet also installed so you can see layers... Padding was suppose to level out floor differences and instead of doing it the way I asked, Lonnie insisted his was was better and it looks terrible.
Quick shipping of our countertops and flooring was faster than ever thanks!
Everything was great accept it was hard to get on the phone sometimes. But after installing out bathroom vanity it was worth the wait!
