It took us hours to get her to come in and check on the babies progress during labor. Finally showed up after we asked for the on-call OB. Baby was in distress by the time she showed up.
I have been going to Dr. Tildon-Burton since 2009. She has delivered 2/4 of my kids. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Any concerns I had she made sure to answer before leaving my appointments. The staff is wonderful greeting with a smile and always relays my message to the doctor in a timely manner.
Dr. Tildon-Burton is serious & knowledgeable about my health issues. She is thorough and investigates all of my concerns. The staff is always friendly & in tune!
This is my first baby and Dr. Burton has been great throughout my entire pregnancy. I am currently 37 weeks and am actually looking forward to her delivering my baby. Each office visit has been pleasant and my questions are always answered. Dr. Burton is warm and once you get to know her, she is almost like a second parent. My husband and I are from SC and have only been in DE for less then 2 years. Dr. Burton has been a friend indeed!
I have been seeing Dr. Tildon Burton for a very long time. I highly recommend and respect her, she is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. She comes highly recommended.
Wonderful doctor up on all the latest technology and diagnostic tools, really cares about the whole patient. A rare find. Lousy office staff always in a bad mood for the last four visits, so it is not a one time incident.
Though she may have experience, I do not refer her for any first time parents. She never suggests what needs to be done unless we ask her. Firstly, with the front office staff who never responds properly nor pickup the phones, careless, misses the appointments and rude. Expect several follow ups If you are looking for any fax/information to be sent. For all visits, doctors just said everything is perfect and never calculated babies weight after the final scanning. Had to go with C-Section.
I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office because of a doctor. Dr. Janice was so rude and had a terrible attitude. I wasn't going to write a review until today when I had some issues with the birth control she prescribed to me. So I called today to ask some questions and once again she was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I feel like she looks down on her patients and put everything on them like they are so wrong. I don't understand how anyone gos to this doctor
Front desk representatives are pathetic and they frequently forget to capture the appointments, no responsibility in handling the patient request, never responds on timely manner and we need to follow up several times. No issues with the doctor.
