I enjoy the great awareness that Tildet brings into the guided meditation experience, and she also provides time for quiet meditation depending on the experience level of those present. Her training in health sciences as well as self-awareness training seems to make her message real and grounded. And her Rose Banquet last summer was such a beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring event. I enjoyed the surroundings, the healthy food, and most of all, Tildet and friends' message and thoughtfulness.

Working with Tildet, both in her capacity as a life coach, and as a meditation facilitator has been a most rewarding and enlightening experience. She has a calming, confident presence that at once makes you feel supported and protected. Her meditations are appropriate for beginner and experienced meditators alike. Tildet is an accomplished and seasoned teacher and healer. Her gift for teaching meditation is unique, life changing and should not be missed. What differentiates Tildet is her positive pure goodness… rare and refreshing. Over the past 7 plus years, I have taken many of her wonderful classes. Enjoy!
