DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. If you’re expecting Holiday Inn level, you’ll be severely disappointed. If you’re expecting Motel Six level, you’ll still be disappointed. The hotel looks like it was renovated by a middle school shop class and reeks of cigarette smoke throughout. The was trash bags in the hallways and stains on the floors. The location is one block too far from Union square, which means one block too close to the tenderloin, which is the worst area in downtown SF. Avoid at all cost.

The carpet in my room was dirty the showers water pressure was super high and not in a good way and they kept locking my partner and I out our room we had to go to the front desk twice and ask them to unlock our room there totally lying about soundproof walls I could hear my neighbors entire conversations the door is super hard to open and the entire hotel will hear you when you flush the toilet or open the door.
