My first auto repair experience was extremely pleasant due to the Service Advisor’s friendly and professional demeanor. Even though my situation involved a basic repair (replacing a rear tail light bulb), Paul made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He was accommodating, and my wait time was under 30 minutes. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely return for any necessary future repairs or maintenance.
My husband and I have been going to Tilden for almost 8 years now. My son was taking my car four hours north and I wanted to just have it checked out to make sure everything was OK before he took it on a long distance because I don’t drive it much. Everything was fine no issues. I know that many other car places would have found something wrong to fraudulently fix to get more money. You never have to worry about that with Tilden, they are so honest. I highly recommend them.
I recently took my car to Tilden Auto care for routine maintenance and oil change and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They explained the services my car needed without any pressure and provided a detailed estimate. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated the updates during the process. Thank you
Paul is very knowledgeable and friendly been going for years highly recommend
I had a slow leak. They took me in right away with no appointment and 30 minutes later I was on my way.
