We hired Tilaka Creative to tear down an old, second-story deck, rebuild, and create a screened patio beneath. From getting the initial quote to the construction process, it has been an excellent experience. Professional, friendly, always communicative and willing to answer questions. During our final inspection, the city inspector complimented the work and told us we made a great choice with our contractor! I can't recommend Tilaka enough!
