If you need a house built this company should be avoided like the plague. Unqualified builders and don’t honour their warranty.
TIL-KA did an amazing job!! My flooded basement is now back in liveable condition!! All Reno’s were done beautifully and in a timely fashion!!! I will recommend them to everyone!!
Til-ka has replaced my house windows, front window siding (replaced buffalo board siding to steel) and did 2” rigid foam insulation around the living room jut-out They also did the eaves trough including leaf guarding All jobs were done extremely well Crews were friendly and cleaned up all debris on completion Great company
Have had multiple jobs done. Pricing is always fair. Service is excellent and ownership maintains a hands on approach. Workmanship is always paramount with great attention to detail. Work is always done cleanly, which can not be said for many companies these days. With certainty I can say we’ll be having future work done by them!
Deeply regret hiring Tilka-DKI to rebuild/restore the front porch on our home. When providing an estimate, one of the partners didn’t perform his due diligence by using the information we gave him about the job. He also neglected to do his own assessment “because it was cold outside.” He provided what turned out to be an inadequate and misleading estimate which he unapologetically increased by 45% after the deposit was paid and their scaffolding was installed.
