Horrible!!! My therapist stopped working there and I wasn’t even notified until I tried logging on for my appointment. They do NOT care. I’m still traumatized at how fake these people are
Was just curious if they were still in business (surprisingly they are). Looked at their website, updated profile photos are AI 😂 LOL 😂. I signed on for my 2pm appointment on time. At 2:22pm she still wasn’t on the zoom call. I called the office and left a voicemail stating I didn’t miss my appointment so please don’t hold me accountable payment wise. They called me back and said Dr. Costa would be on for my appointment at 2:30pm and she was running late with her last patient. Okay fine, no worries.
