My father has had three appointments with Dr. Tikoo regarding ongoing headaches, and I must say that our experience with this medical practice has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I've visited doctor Tikoo's office for years. But lately the staff is rude and defensive when you have a complaint. They send you to a room and that's how you find out that you are going to have a virtual visit with the nurse. Really disrespectful for the patient and when you asked them why they did not inform that the visit was virtual, the ladies got mad and defensive just saying it's not our fault.
