I've visited doctor Tikoo's office for years. But lately the staff is rude and defensive when you have a complaint. They send you to a room and that's how you find out that you are going to have a virtual visit with the nurse. Really disrespectful for the patient and when you asked them why they did not inform that the visit was virtual, the ladies got mad and defensive just saying it's not our fault. Tengo ya 3 meses y fui a este doctor para un examen neurológico de mi pie ahora resulta que el doctor que me envió no puede recibir los resultados yo no entiendo como trabajan es bastante complicado o no quiero hablar de otra manera simplemente ni el doctor que me refirió ni yo puedo obtener los resultados y lo peor es que yo sigo con los malestares..malo malo...
Dr. Marcelo and Dr. Tikoo are great however, the office staff is extremely rude especially the secretaries Jennifer and Paula. I’ve never met anyone as rude as them
