I'm a patient of Dr. Tikko for a few years, never had a problem with nobody at the office, Dr. Tikko is a very good doctor I recommend him is very kind and listens and always ask questions. He does care a lot for your health issues, very surprised to see all this negative comments about a very good doctor. Thank you Dr. Tikko.
This is my third visit to this office, and all appointments were scheduled in advance. During both my first and second visits, I waited over 1.5 hours to see the doctor. Today, I have already been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and have still not been seen. If this had happened once, it could be considered poor management. Experiencing the same issue for the third time reflects a clear lack of respect for patients and their time.
Terrible office staff and unsure of the doctor because after waiting for 1.5 hours we left. It was also very smelly and stuffy in the waiting room with no air circulation. How this doctor is still practicing, I don’t know. Find another doctor.
