I had a terrible experience here. I went in with a photo of what I wanted on my nails and asked if they were able to do it, they told me they were totally capable. They did nothing close to the nails I asked for, and when I tried to so kindly say that it wasn’t quite what I was asking for(when they weren’t done; when they could still fix it) they were SO rude and up charged me insanely. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon! Definitely don’t recommend going there!

I went in shared a photo of what I wanted and first the lady who was doing my nails for acrylic was very rough and my nail beds are sore. However I didn’t complain and then another lady had to do the design at first I was really doubting if she could do it in the middle but was very respectful. Hannah is so great! She spent a good long while massaging my calves and feet. She took extra care with the polish. She is meticulous in her work. I had quit getting pedicures because I can polish my own toes but Hannah restored my faith in the spa part of a spa pedicure!

I don’t like giving negative reviews, but I brought my mom in for a pedicure and manicure. We had trouble communicating with some of the stylists, resulting in My mom’s stylist was rude, rolling her eyes twice and batting eyelashes, showing displeasure when my mom declined another service. The service was ok, but the rude, pushy attitude was too much. We will not be back.
