Stopped here for a cocktail to check it out in mid-July 2025 after noting that it had undergone a recent renovation. This place used to be owned and operated by the previous "Post Card Inn", but got bought out and "upscaled" under a new ownership, which re-labeled the property as "Three Waters". Shaneil and Chenell are both amazing bartender/servers. The hotel is very mediocre at best but the service and attentiveness they gave us was amazing. The food and beverage manger Linda came by and we told her the same thing I am posting here. Maybe hiring experienced and knowledgeable individuals like Linda, shaneil, and chenell would make this Marriott property actually worth the Marriott name.
Big thanks to the amazing crew at the tiki bar in Islamorada — Adalberto, Raydel, Yadierki, Roan, and Alexa! You guys made our afternoon unforgettable with your great vibes, top-notch service, and incredible hospitality. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel like family — but you all did just that. Open waterfront seating. Food dishes were very small and drinks were over priced. We spent a week in the keys and while this is the home of the rum runner, it was a nice stop.
