Tijuana flats used to be so good, but ever since they sold out to a new owner it's gone waaay down in quality. They stopped with the cake pops for one, and they changed the recipe for some of their foods. The chimichanga is just dry underseasoned chicken or beef, idk why they put raw onions on it but that stuff sucks, they use this crusty white cheese on it that kinda reminds you of something else when they should use monterey jack or cheddar, and they dont even give you queso with your chips you gotta ask for it now smh.

The order was for pick-up and it was ready on time. Everyone I interacted with was great and was working hard. There was an honest team effort happening to make the place run. Everything looked as ordered and tasted great. Tijuana Flats is still the best Tex-Mex.
