Aduana would not allow us to have 7 day free FMMs (tourist permits) without us having a return flight and they claim at the CBX entrance to the immigration desk that one can only have a free FMM for 6 days or less (this is NOT correct). They refused to give us a free 7-day permit until we showed proof of a return flight. There are signs with the incorrect information and there was no way to change their minds.
