I was very nervous about seeing a Urologist but this place is awesome. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Jane is just the best!
I swear all these places are the same low quality service as everything in Paris Texas. I'll stick to going to Frisco and McKinney. All because we have to reschedule due to a winter storm coming in they wanted to push her appointment out almost 4 months away. Please smh the medical in this town is awful and that's coming from a first responder himself. Save yourself some headache and go to specialist that didn't barely pass their exams
I had the chance to meet dr Arthur and had Procedure done from him. he is a very friendly dr he explained everything to me and took his time Answering any questions I had I'm very glad that I had Chosen to have him and his wife treat me and be my Dr's.. I couldn't have been more satisfied and greatly appreciated to have them as my care takers for any treatment. Huge disappointment in staff and their inability to communicate, convey messages and schedule appts. They rarely call back in a timely manner and are very dishonest and rude. Disappointing and unprofessional!!
