My case went by very quickly, and they answered my all my questions every time i asked my challenging questions, very understanding, made the experience easy.
Messed up my case never updated me on anything gave me the run around so many times and after all that they just straight up dropped the case without even notifying me at all. Terrible rude people. The women there are rude and unprofessional they roll their eyes and never answer calls.
Tijerina legal group botched my case, would highly recommend going else where. It takes weeks to a month to get a call back and when they do your informed that the case managers unavailable and they'll call you back but they never do. The worst legal representation I've had thus far, I went with them based off 5 star Google reviews but those reviews must be fake because I sure as heck did not receive 5 star service
