Unbelievably RUDE customer service!! I was explaining to the woman at the Front Desk that I would like to move to a smaller unit as I had my storage unit broken into. I was feeling unsafe in the unit I was in after the break in situation. I asked the front desk employee if she could provide some suggestions to the solution as I wasn’t too happy with the front gate and not being able to access my unit this weekend. I have had two storage units here for years. They have the best prices and the most understanding owners/staff. I have had storage units all over Albuquerque and Rio Rancho and this is by far my favorite place to store my stuff. I will never go anywhere else.
