If I could give Tigris a zero I would in a heartbeat. My partner and I have had the unfortunate and regrettable life experiences of dealing with one of Tigris locations - Calais, specifically with their manager there, Sunshine. Sunshine is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful to its tenants and she proved to be difficult to work with from beginning to end. ROACHES, BREAK INS, RUDE STAFF, and UNNECESSARY CHARGES. My partner and I were paying over $1,000 a month for a 1B/1.5BR unit that was pretty small. For Lubbock, that is outrageous regardless of amenities. In the year we lived there, every time we stepped outside there were roaches all over the sidewalks and walls of all of the buildings!! 6 months into the lease we installed a Ring doorbell and in that short time it caught TWO people attempting to enter our apartment and our neighbor's truck being broken into.
